Organizations that have received grants from the Golden Civic Foundation impact nearly everyone living in Golden and beyond.  We are proud of the investments in our community and the significance we’ve all enjoyed because of them.

  • American Mountaineering Museum – Purchase new projectors

  • Bell Middle School – Musical Risers

  • CASA of Jefferson & Gilpin Counties – To train volunteers

  • Chamber of Commerce – Farmers Market, First Fridays, Logo Tents, Fine Arts Festival

  • Colorado Cowboy Gathering – To pay for performers

  • Colorado Fourteeners Initiative – Maintaining existing trails and re-routing trails. Need cables to move boulders.

  • Colorado Mountain Club – Youth education program

  • Colorado Railroad Museum – Construction

  • Colorado Trail Foundation – One computer analyst to evaluate communications in the field and a computer.

  • Compass Montessori – One table

  • Continental Divide Trail Coalition – Work to engage community and maintaining trails

  • CSM Geology Museum – Window coverings

  • Family Tree – General support as needed (rent, food, clothing, cleaning, support staff)  of Golden Residents in need.

  • Foothills Art Center – For new exhibit

  • Free Horizon Montessori School – A shade pavilion

  • Golden Backpack Program – For food to Feed 400 kids/Challenge to feed 600 kids

  • Golden Community Choir – Music folders
