Darden K. Coors. Ms. Coors is the Associate General Counsel of New World Restaurant Group, Inc., the parent company of Einstein
Bros. Bagels and other bagel restaurants, headquartered in Golden, Colorado. Before joining New World, in November 2004, she was a self-employed legal consultant in
Arvada, Colorado for one year and was Legal Counsel at Graphic Packaging Corporation (f/k/; ACX Technologies, Inc.) from September 1998 to September 2003, in Golden, Colorado and Bow, New Hampshire.
Ms. Coors is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a B.S. In Business Administration in 1993, and of the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, CO, where she earned her J.D. In 1996. Despite several years away for school and later for work, Ms. Coors has called Golden home since 1984.
